I am absolutely in love with Opal apples. I discovered them at Haggens not too long ago, and they are the crispest most deliticable apple ever! I even grew up on an Apple farm with so many apple varieties to choose form on a daily basis. These Opal apples still take the cake.

They are only available in select stores. In my area, Haggen is the only carrier.

They run around two dollars a pound, but they are worth it. I used to wait every year for the Honeycrisp apples to show up, but the Opal apples are so much better, I do not even care about the others anymore.

Seriously, try them out if you can get your hands on one. You will love them!
